I thought this should be wrong \u2013 how could it be right? I had to know what they were talking about. That\u2019s what made me want to be a physicist. Now I work as an experimental physicist on the light detection system of the dual-phase DUNE Far Detector and think about how we\u2019ll detect neutrinos. I like that neutrinos already have hints of new physics, and we know clearly that we will learn new things. We have something to build off of, but we also know there is something we don\u2019t understand.
